Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does approval take?
Most personal and civil servant loans are decided within 24 – 48 hours once we have your documents. Business loans usually take 3 – 5 working days. Each loan page shows its typical turnaround.
What documents do I need?
Usually your National ID and proof of income (payslips, or bank / mobile money statements for businesses). Every loan page lists the exact documents, and you can upload clear phone photos when you apply.
Why do you ask for a selfie?
The quick selfie check confirms that the person applying is the owner of the ID. It protects you from anyone trying to borrow in your name.
How do I repay?
Civil servant loans are repaid by payroll deduction. Other loans can be repaid by debit order, EcoCash or at any of our branches.
Are there hidden charges?
No. The interest rate and once-off admin fee are shown on every loan page and in the calculator, and confirmed in your loan agreement before you sign.
Can I apply at a branch instead?
Yes — visit us in Harare, Mutare or Rusape, or call us and an advisor will help you apply.
